Outdoor Fitness

Walking the fitness trail at The Salina Country Club will give you a quarter mile workout. There are many obstacles on the course to challenge you physically. This route extends from the Sand Volleyball court down to #14 Green. There and back is .25 of a mile.

This is set up for your everyday run, walk, or jog. Or for your Adventurous side, you can take on all of the obstacles.
